RULES OF CONDUCT
ENGAGEMENT POLICY
All content, creative, and strategic materials developed by Hashpaa, including but not limited to videos, copy, designs, and campaign strategy, remain the intellectual property of Hashpaa, LLC. Clients are granted a license to use this content in connection with their brand for the duration and purpose of the engagement. Engagement terms, including scope, timeline, and commitment length, are determined individually per client and outlined in each respective agreement.
If a client breaches the agreement or terminates the engagement prior to its agreed completion, Hashpaa reserves the right to revoke the license granted and request the removal of any published content, including posts live on the client's own channels, subject to the remedies and enforcement terms outlined in the engagement agreement.
In the course of working together, both parties may have access to confidential business information, strategy, and materials not intended for public disclosure. Hashpaa and the client each agree to keep such information confidential, both during the engagement and after its conclusion, except where disclosure is required by law or otherwise agreed to in writing.
FULFILMENT POLICY
Hashpaa, LLC operates on a retainer basis, with payment collected upfront prior to the start of services. Upon receipt of payment, clients are onboarded within 1-2 weeks, during which scope, timeline, and deliverables are confirmed for the engagement.
Services are delivered on a rolling basis in accordance with the scope outlined in each client's individual agreement. Should a client wish to cancel prior to the completion of services, refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account work already completed and resources allocated.
